M66 (note the two faint spiral arms at 2 o'clock: one close in ending with a star on the end and another further out and even fainter. It shows up barely in this DSS shot). These spiral arms show up in the shot on this page above that contains the asteroid track.

Exposure details:
10 exposures of 10 minutes each for Luminance
5 exposures of 10 minutes each for R, G, B (2x2 binned)
4 hours 10 minutes total exposure time
All images combined as a single channel for monochrome image
Maxim DL used for ST10XME control and processing
Russ Croman's Sigma Reject Plugin for Maxim DL used for Darks, Flats, Biases and image combine
